School Apps

School Apps

At St. Matthew’s, we leverage a diverse range of digital platforms and applications to ensure the needs of our staff, students, and parents/guardians are effectively met. By integrating modern technology into our daily operations, teaching, and communication processes, we aim to enhance educational outcomes and improve engagement across the entire school community.

Microsoft Office 365 forms the backbone of our digital infrastructure, providing staff and students with powerful tools for productivity, collaboration, and learning. Applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and OneDrive facilitate seamless communication, resource sharing, and teamwork both inside and outside the classroom.

To support communication and streamline administrative processes, we utilise Edulink. This platform offers a user-friendly interface for parents, students, and staff to access vital information, including attendance records, timetables, homework assignments, and progress reports. It ensures transparency and keeps all stakeholders well-informed.

For catering services, we operate a cashless payment system through ParentPay. This secure platform allows parents to pre-load funds, view meal balances, and track their child’s spending on school meals. The system not only simplifies payments but also ensures efficiency and convenience for both parents and the school.

For academic enrichment and monitoring, EducakeKerboodle, Seneca and Tassomai are used to support independent learning and revision. These platforms allow students to engage with subject-specific content, practise exam-style questions, and receive instant feedback to help identify areas for improvement. Staff can monitor progress and tailor their teaching to meet the individual needs of students.

We also employ Kanexion, a versatile platform that supports effective behaviour monitoring. It enables staff to track and manage student behaviour, ensuring a consistent and supportive approach to promoting positive conduct across the school.

By incorporating these applications into our educational environment, we are able to create a connected, dynamic, and efficient school community. Each tool plays a specific role in meeting the needs of staff, students, and parents/guardians, ensuring that teaching, learning, and communication are both effective and inclusive.
