Day to Day
Some of these requests may seem obvious or trivial, however, your support is invaluable in helping us to establish the routines that will help your child to make good progress in school.
Please see that your child. . .
- gets to school on time for 8.25 am
- brings the required books, equipment and kit including her/his pupil planner
- uses an appropriate bag – not a carrier bag- to carry them in
- wears the full school uniform
School Catering
At St Mathew’s our catering provider Innovate are continuing to strive to offer all pupils an extensive range of homemade healthy foods which comply with the government healthy food standards. Menus are changed and updated regularly allowing pupils to offer input and keep up with high street trends. All recipes and menus are nutritionally analysed by Innovates Nutrition Team and meet the criteria in place for Healthy eating.
There are three daily services, breakfast, morning break and lunchtime.
As detailed in previous information you have received, the canteen operates a cashless catering system. ParentPay must be used to top up a students lunch account and to pay for any other trips or events in school.
